Our Story
Blue Spruce Montessori was established in 1997 to provide an authentic quality education based on Dr. Maria Montessori’s principles and practice. A unique child centred approach, helping children develop their potential to become truly capable individuals who make a difference in the world. After serving the Richmond community for over 20 years we are now relocating to the community of East Vancouver and look forward to providing a full-day program in our newly built space.

Involving families in the experience of their child's education in a purposeful and meaningful way and embracing multiculturalism and diversity so that all families feel inclusively recognized and respected.
Developing a sense of belonging in the larger community by enhancing awareness of local resources and organizations and providing information to connect families with community services. Supporting our neighbourhood community by engaging local members in school events and offering volunteer opportunities that will enrich and support learning outcomes.
